Email support questions

If you send me an email asking me if I shipped to another country and it leads off by saying hi DHTC your email will be deleted because you’re just using a bot and sending a bunch of emails out. I don’t talk to bots and I don’t need your sales pitch. My apologies of this sounds harsh but I get about 200 of these things a week someone says hi DHDC do you ship to another country when I reply it’s always a Sales bitch so now I have a filter on my email for the store that will just delete them automatically. Please send any questions to support at black dragonsplace.com. Any other email addresses will be deleted
